The stunning view of Haeundae Beach from my room was unforgettable. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, with attentive staff who made me feel valued throughout my stay. The daily dessert table was a delightful touch that showcased their attention to detail and made each day special.

The bed felt like a cloud, perfect for a comfortable night’s sleep. I loved the amazing breakfast buffet—everything was fresh, especially the fried rice, which was the best I've tasted. The staff were very attentive and always ready to help, even when I needed to print my train ticket. However, the language barrier was a challenge at times. Communication could be awkward, and sometimes I felt lost with the menu options. The hotel doesn't have direct access to the beach, which was surprising for a beach hotel. Guests have to walk through a mall to get to the beach, which felt inconvenient. Overall, despite the few hiccups, I would definitely stay here again. The ambiance and views made up for the inconveniences.
